Pay

All staff will be given a joining salary with the position offered, that is dependent on experience and qualifications and will be in relation to other ACS employees. 

Future pay reviews could be based on an annual cost of living increase and a performance award, where applicable.

All salaries are constantly reviewed to ensure they remain competitive with the current market.
